Our Policy
Terms and Conditons

Booking and Payments 

1. All service bookings can be made online or via phone.
2. Prices for services are mentioned clearly and may vary based on brand/model or location.
3. Quoted service charges are valid for 7 days from the date of quotation or booking.
4. Payments can be made through UPI, cash, or online payment gateways.
5. For AMC plans, full payment must be made fter first service.

Cancellations and Refunds

1. Cancellations made before technician dispatch are eligible for a full refund.
2. No refunds will be provided once service is delivered or partially completed.
3.AMC plans are non-refundable but transferable to another user (on request).

Warranty and Parts

1. We use genuine spare parts (RO  or equivalent) in all services.
2. Warranty (if any) on replaced parts will be as per manufacturer policy.
3. Service-related warranties (if applicable) will be specified during booking

User Responsibilities

1. Provide accurate address and contact information at time of booking.
2. Ensure safe and accessible installation or repair areas.
3. Keep the system powered off during uninstallation or major repair.

Limitation of Liability

Vashishth Home Services is not liable for:
  1.Any indirect or consequential damages
2. Damages caused by misuse or incorrect handling by users
3. Issues arising from third-party hardware not installed by us

Changes to Terms 

Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on our website with a revised effective date.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be handled in the jurisdiction of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
